Associate Professor
Prof. Manish Kumar holds a PhD (FPM) from IIM Lucknow and has about 15 years of experience in research, teaching, training, and consulting.
He teaches and trains in topics such as Leadership and Managerial Development, Negotiation and Conflict Management, People Analytics, Building and Leading High-Performance Teams, Employee Well-being, Self-Management and Personal Growth, Enhancing Interpersonal and Communication Skills etc. Prof. Manish has successfully designed and delivered management development programmes at IIM Ranchi and IIM Kozhikode for leading corporations, reputed government organizations, and PSUs, training thousands of participants - including IAS officers, industry executives, government officials, and PSU employees - who have consistently rated his programmes as highly valuable and impactful.
Prof. Ambuj Anand holds a BTech in Electrical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, and began his career with Tata Consultancy Services, where he worked for three years. He subsequently earned his Doctoral Degree from IIM Calcutta.
He teaches courses on Information Systems, IT and Business Innovation, and eGovernance. His training and consulting interests include strategic planning of information systems, e-Governance, and impact assessment of IT projects. He has published in reputed journals and has presented his work at national and international conferences. He actively engages with government and industry on digital transformation initiatives. He is deeply involved in fostering innovationdriven learning and interdisciplinary research.

Assessment: The performance of participants will be monitored on a continuous evaluation basis through quizzes and assignments.
Note: Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will become eligible to apply for the prestigious Executive Education Alumni status of IIM Ranchi. To avail this status, a separate application along with a registration fee of INR 10,000 plus applicable taxes is required.
