Prof. Brijesh Kumar Mishra
Assistant Professor
Prof. Senthil Kumar. A holds a PhD from Anna University, where his thesis won the Best Management PhD Thesis Award.
With over 23 years of academic experience, he has taught Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, and Investment Analysis. He previously served at IIM Bodh Gaya and Amrita School of Business. He has delivered various executive training sessions and coordinated management development programs for corporates and government departments.
His research focuses on financial market connectedness, ESG investing, and sustainable finance, with publications in internationally peer-reviewed finance journals ranked as ‘ABDC-A* and A’ category. He is a reviewer for leading international journals and recipient of awards for research and teaching excellence.
Prof. Brijesh Kumar Mishra holds a PhD from IIM Indore and a Master’s from the University of Maastricht, The Netherlands.
He has over 22 years of public service experience as a Provident Fund Commissioner. In his role as a social security administrator, he has overseen critical policy and operational matters, and notably handled the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation’s (EPFO) investments for over six years. He has also been a visiting faculty at IIM Rohtak, IIM Shillong, and the Symbiosis School of Economics.
His teaching interests include Corporate Finance, Investment Management, International Finance, Derivatives, and Public Finance. His research focuses on financial intermediation, retirement financing, financial literacy, and actuarial modeling, with current work on retirement benefits and social protection.

Mode of Delivery: The sessions will be conducted live online through an interactive platform that enables real-time audio and video communication
Assessment: The performance of participants will be monitored on a continuous evaluation basis through quizzes and assignments.
Note: Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will become eligible to apply for the prestigious Executive Education Alumni status of IIM Ranchi. To avail this status, a separate application along with a registration fee of INR 10,000 plus applicable taxes is required.
